Cryptoplat Company Limited, legal entity registration number 0105564069535, head office located at 140/41 (19 C) ITF Tower, Silom Road, Suriyawong Subdistrict, Bang Rak District, Bangkok 10500, using the trademark “ Mobyx by Cryptoplat” or “Mobyx by Cryptoplat” ( hereinafter referred to in this document as the “ Company ”) as a digital asset broker and digital asset trader, realizes the importance of collecting, using and/or disclosing ( “ Processing ”) your personal data as a user ( “ User ”) in accessing the Company’s services, whether you use such services via www.mobyxtrade.com or the Company’s various mobile applications ( “ Platform ”). Therefore, the Company has prepared this User Privacy Policy ( “ Announcement ”) to clarify the purpose of personal data processing, the legal basis for processing personal data, the period of collection and other important information so that you are aware of the Company’s personal data processing process, including your legal rights.
This policy will appear as a part of the text for you to be aware of before applying for service with the company. You should study the details that appear in this policy carefully. If you proceed with the application process with the company, the company will assume that you have read and acknowledged the text that appears in this policy.
This announcement is to clarify only about the processing of your personal data in connection with the use of the services through the Company's platform. It does not apply to other third party platforms, websites and services that may be connected to the Company's platform, over which the Company has no control. In the event that you do not give your consent to the Company in this regard, you may lose your right to receive news and benefits that you should receive.

Disclosure of personal information of service users
The Company may disclose the personal data of the users on the basis of consent or under lawful grounds, whereby the recipient of such disclosed personal data shall process the personal data of the users within the scope of consent or under the purposes based on lawful grounds. The persons to whom the Company may disclose personal data are as follows:
External service providers are individuals hired by the Company and the operations of such external service providers are necessary to process the personal data of the service users that have been provided to the Company, such as information technology service providers, payment service providers, auditors, specialized consultants who have contracted with the Company regarding management, finance, law, tax, supervision, insurance, information technology, debt collection, analysis, research or other services, which external service providers may be registered and conduct business outside the country. However, the Company will set appropriate measures to maintain the security of such personal data of the service users through measures to limit access to the data and entering into a personal data processing contract that limits the scope of the purpose of disclosing and accessing such personal data on a necessary basis only.

The company agrees to keep the personal data of the service users for as long as the company needs it as stated in the purpose. The right to request that personal data be erased, destroyed or anonymized when the data is no longer necessary or when the data owner withdraws consent.
The right to request the suspension of the use of personal data in cases where personal data must be deleted or when such data is no longer necessary.
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of data that the user has previously provided for the specified purposes.
Users may contact the Company to exercise the above rights according to the contact details specified by the Company. The Company will consider and notify the results of consideration of the user's request within a reasonable period of time under the legal framework.
