CryptoPlat Co., Ltd. ("the Company") has established a Whistleblower Policy as a key mechanism for receiving information or complaints from employees, external individuals, and customers regarding fraud, non-compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, practices, or business ethics, as well as the Company's service provision. This policy also focuses on protecting the rights of whistleblowers and complainants, ensuring fair and transparent fact-finding processes.

Whistleblowing refers to the reporting or disclosure of information to the Company regarding misconduct, fraud, corruption, or actions that violate laws, relevant regulations, or the Company’s business ethics.

Complaints refer to expressing dissatisfaction or disagreement with the Company’s operations, such as complaints about personnel, employees, or executives of the Company, fraud, damages, or service quality issues.

 

Scope of Whistleblowing/Complaint Reporting


 The Company considers whistleblowing or complaints in the following cases:

  1. Service not meeting standards
     Complaints related to the Company’s services, such as failure to meet contractual agreements, unprofessional conduct, lack of responsibility in service delivery, or negligence in addressing customer complaints.
  2. Fraud or corruption
     Such as embezzlement of company assets or receiving inappropriate benefits, which harm the Company.
  3. Non-compliance with procedures
     Actions that violate procedures, work manuals, or internal control systems that may create loopholes for misconduct.
  4. Actions harming the Company
     Any actions that may cause the Company to lose benefits, suffer damage, or affect its reputation and image.
  5. Illegal or unethical actions
     Violations of laws, regulations, policies, practices, or business ethics in the Company’s operations.
